The intent of this blog is not political. However, it’s impossible to ignore the political fingerprints of the extreme, left-leaning, radical approach to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are “forced” to follow unprecedented draconian measures in the name of “flattening the advance” of COVID-19. This world has never seen something like this, and frankly, it’s terrifying. Somebody’s gotta speak up!
Venezuela is a damning example that under Socialism, “free things” come at a hefty price. Now their entire country is riddled with corruption, and citizen protests are commonplace. As Americans, we should all take a good look at our own government, its leaders, and the true messaging behind progressive politics, so that we don’t suffer the same fate.
Baby Boomers were much like the Generation-X of the 1960s and 1970s. Caught between the Hippie Counterculture, the Vietnam War, higher education, and everything in between… Sal reflects on the influence that politics at the time has continued into today’s society, and all the insights learned along the way. Not to mention some pretty darn good music!
