When Public Health Policy Becomes a Tool of Political and Corporate Power

In the name of public health, we are witnessing an erosion of one of the most sacred foundations in modern medicine, the doctor-patient relationship. In recent years, numerous physicians have come under fire, not for harming patients, but for protecting them through individualized care, informed consent and judgment, and for medical exemptions that are contrary to pharmaceutical mandates.

Across the United States, the only remaining vaccine exemption in many states is a medical exemption, but even that safeguard is now under threat. Doctors who recognize vaccine risks in their patients and act to prevent harm are facing investigations, license suspensions, and even permanent loss of their license. This occurs not because they broke the law, but because they questioned a pharmaceutical narrative, supported by the FDA and the CDC.

When Medical Judgment Is Criminalized

The Hippocratic Oath, specifically states that physicians “First, do no harm.” Yet, in today’s regulatory climate, a doctor who refuses to administer a vaccine due to a patient’s adverse history may be deemed a “danger to public health.” Rather than protecting the individual, doctors are being forced to conform to one-size-fits-all mandates, even when those mandates violate their best clinical judgment.

This isn’t medicine….It’s mandated compliance, and doctors are left with no choice but to enforce it.

The False Shield of “Standard of Care”

Medical boards and courts increasingly define “standard of care” using guidelines from federal agencies like the CDC, FDA, and WHO. If these bodies endorse a vaccine protocol, then any deviation, no matter how reasoned, ethical, or scientifically supported, is labeled “misinformation,” and subject disciplinary action or even loss of license. In short, a doctor cannot honor a patient’s constitutional right or even question alternatives without violating medical board regulations.
There are always exceptions to the “standard of care”, and it’s up to the doctor to analyze those exceptions and make appropriate changes, without blindly following politically motivated guidelines.

When did science, that is ever-changing, become dogma, and when did questioning authority become unprofessional?

The Doctrine of Informed Consent

Informed consent means patients must be fully aware of risks, benefits, and alternatives, and free from coercion. But how can doctors offer true informed consent when they are forbidden to discuss alternatives to pharmaceutical solutions?

Doctors are punished for acknowledging natural immunity or early treatment protocols:

• Patients are often bullied into compliance with employment threats, school exclusions, or travel bans.
• If a patient asks for a medical waiver and the doctor agrees based on sound clinical evidence, why should that doctor face retaliation?

This is no longer about safety. It’s about control.

The Rockefeller Foundation: The Roots of Medical Control

To understand how our medical healthcare system arrived here, we must go back to the Rockefeller Foundation’s gaining control of medical education in the early 20th century.

• The 1910 Flexner Report, created a licensing and accreditation system for the upcoming medical healthcare system, entirely dependent on centralized funding and pharmaceutical based science. The Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations restructured all U.S. medical schools to adopt an allopathic (drug-based) model
• In doing so they totally dismantled homeopathy, naturopathy, and any non-pharmaceutical based healing.
• The concept of “informed Consent” is a farce

This system is still with us today. Doctors are not free to question pharmaceutical protocols without risking their careers or license, because their entire training, credentialing, and professional standing is tied directly to an industrial complex built on synthetic pharmaceutical drugs, interventions and recurring prescriptions. In short, doctors have become drug peddlers. Try leaving a doctor’s visit without receiving a prescription. The prescription is the treatment, regardless of the condition that can be treated by natural means.

Licensing Boards are Enforcers, Not Protectors

A medical license should protect patients from bad doctors, not good doctors from bad policy.

The trend is unmistakable:

• In California, AB 2098 authorized the medical board to discipline physicians for spreading so-called “COVID misinformation,” even if the information is backed by peer-reviewed science.
• In multiple states, medical exemptions are being reviewed not by independent experts, but by administrative officials with no clinical relationship to the patient.
• Physicians acting in good faith are losing their licenses, not for malpractice, but for protecting constitutional rights and patient safety.

This is weaponized regulation. It’s censorship disguised as professional conduct enforcement.

 If this continues, the consequences are grave:

• Patients will lose access to doctors willing to challenge unsafe mandates
• Medical breakthroughs and individualized care will collapse under Big Pharma conformity
• The most dangerous to patient safety will be that the state, not the physician will decide what is “medically necessary.”

Doctors Are Not Agents of the State

The time has come to reclaim medical autonomy as a foundational human right, not a negotiable privilege. Physicians must be allowed to:

• Practice medicine, based on science, ethics, and patient needs, not political directives based on economics and immunity waiver protection
• Speak freely without fear of censorship or career ending mandates
• Uphold their oath to “first do no harm” without being sacrificed for the profits of an industry that is now more powerful than the law itself

Licensing boards and state health departments must be reformed to stop the needless slaughter of humans that are merely seeking the professional advice of medical professionals. Alternative healthcare is not “alternative”, it is a century’s old combination of natural healing methods. We have been lulled into the belief that healing comes from a synthetic pill.

Surely there is a place for emergency treatments, but the truth be told, the body is also a self-healing entity.
