The Central Intelligence Agency
The CIA was established in 1947 as an independent, intelligence agency within the executive branch. https://www.cia.gov/legacy/cia-history/ The CIA was charged with coordinating the Nation’s intelligence activities and collecting, evaluating, and disseminating intelligence affecting national security. The CIA collects information only regarding foreign countries and their citizens. Executive Order 12333
In 1981, Executive Order 12333 extended the powers and responsibilities of all U.S. Intelligence agencies to co-operate fully with CIA requests for information. The collection is allowed only for an authorized intelligence purpose; for example, if there is a reason to believe that an individual is involved in espionage or international terrorist activities. They operate in accordance with US elected representatives. The CIA is responsible to the American people; at least it was until 2016.
The Nixon administration
The government began spying on US citizens in 1960 during the Nixon administration. Since then, “The CIA conducts these sweeping surveillance activities without any court approval, and with few, if any, safeguards imposed by Congress.” Edward Snowden, a former NSA contractor, blew the whistle on the mass surveillance of Americans’ telephone records. In 2016 the CIA sent 49,868 requests to Facebook, 27,850 requests to Google, and 9,076 requests to Apple for user data, to spy on citizens.
The CIA Isn’t Supposed To Be Spying On Americans
The CIA isn’t supposed to be spying on Americans, but a major new disclosure suggests that the spy agency, which has a long history of stretching well past its legal authorities on American soil and off, is at it once again.
The disclosure came from Democratic Sens. Ron Wyden of Oregon and Martin Heinrich of New Mexico, both members of the Senate Intelligence Committee who are privy to classified information. They warned ominously about the existence of a secret bulk collection program that the CIA has operated “outside the statutory framework and oversight of Congress.

Big Tobacco knew that cigarettes caused cancer
Conspiracy: For decades, tobacco companies buried evidence that smoking is deadly.

Fake Battle, Real War
Conspiracy: The Gulf of Tonkin incident on August 2, 1964, was faked to provoke American support for the Vietnam War.
The truth: By the time news reached American ears, the facts surrounding the North Vietnamese attack on the American Naval ship Maddox were already fuzzy. Declassified CIA intelligence documents have since revealed that the Maddox had provided support for South Vietnamese attacks on a nearby island and that the North Vietnamese were responding in kind. The false intelligence opened the floodgates for direct American military involvement in Vietnam.
The Illuminati and the U.S. Government
Conspiracy: A secret society, “The Illuminati”, and the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) and CIA are in cahoots.

The truth: The program was known as MK-ULTRA, and it was real. JFK’s assassin Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone gunman
Conspiracy: Lee Harvey Oswald was a lone gunman in the Kennedy assassination.
The truth: Newly released documents after 50 years, shed light on CIA’s Connection to Lee Harvey Oswald. Oswald was, in fact, under the orders of CIA director Allen Dulles. To protect the government from the collusion and embarrassment in the death of President Kennedy, Dulles was appointed to the Warren Commission which concluded Oswald was the lone assassin. President Kennedy was about to expose government traitors, which was the reason the CIA covered up the facts, including that the trajectory of the lone bullet theory was proven false. Kennedy’s brain was removed at Parkland Hospital before the Autopsy so no definitive proof can be achieved.
