Haven’t heard about HR 5383? You’re not alone.

This House of Representatives Democratic proposed legislation, “The New Way Forward Act” was introduced last year and might be the most damaging, radical piece of legislation in modern U.S. history.

When politics is used to intentionally alter the moral fabric of our country, contrary to the standards of justice and endangering the lives of American citizens, it’s time to exercise our Constitutional rights and common sense.

Initially, let’s remember that “Words Have Meaning”.  The difference between a Congressional Bill and a Congressional Act is that a Congressional Bill is a proposed law that gets presented to Congress for debate, whereas and Congressional Act IS a law passed by Congress. “The New Way Forward Act” is an intentional misnomer to confuse the public, since the Act has yet to be presented to congress for debate, so it really isn’t an Act (law) yet.

What is “The New Way Forward Act”?

It is a euphemism for the destruction of our existing immigration policy.  In essence, illegal immigrants can come to the U.S. with impunity.

Introduced by Democratic Representative Jesus Garcia and backed by 44 House Democrats: 

• “The Act would end the deportation of immigrants convicted of crimes in the U.S.

• The Act would end the practices of local police engaging in immigration enforcement and the increased policing of “communities of color”

• The Act would decriminalize illegal immigration in the U.S.

• The Act would entirely eliminate the “prison to deportation” pipeline for immigrants who commit an aggravated felony, i.e., murder, drug trafficking, kidnapping, human trafficking, rape, child molestation, spying, treason or racketeering to name a few

• No crime that presently requires deportation would exist

To spare you the time required to understand the salient points of this Act, the following lists should serve as a summary: 

Basic Language:

1. Falsifying passport or immigration documents would be immune from ICE prosecution
2. Immigrants in the U.S., who commit felony crimes, including manslaughter, would be sentenced to no more than 5 years in prison but remain in the U.S. and receive citizenship 
3. The Act would authorize new immigration judges that could nullify the ‘above’ prison sentences for humanitarian purposes, to ensure family unity or what is in the public’s best interest
4. These new judges would have the authority to open U.S. borders at will
5. Drug Cartels are free to immigrate to the U.S. legally
6. The Act de-criminalizes illegal entry to the U.S., even if previously deported
7. The Act would legally abolish ALL existing laws on immigration
8. ICE can not use past behavior or illegal acts of immigrants as grounds for deportation

More Radical Language:

1. The Act would allow previously deported illegals to be brought back into the U.S. using taxpayer money
2. The Act creates a NEW RIGHT for immigrants, legal or illegal; “The Right to Come Home”
3. Criminals and illegals would be eligible to enter the U.S. and vote without voter ID

Who Can Imagine any American Law Maker Even Thinking of Putting This Act Into Law

The Act fundamentally inverts every assumption you have about this country.  Criminals would be considered victims and law enforcement considered the enemy. 

The Ultimate INSANITY:

1. From 2002 – 2018 over 480,000 illegal immigrants and criminals have been deported from the U.S.
2. This Act would allow Congress to appropriate taxpayer money to provide every deported immigrant an airplane ticket to reenter the U.S. 
3. Every deported immigrant would receive FREE healthcare for themselves and for their family on U.S. taxpayers’ dime

The Democratic controlled media is not reporting on this proposed Act because the influx of immigrants to the U.S. represents a massive Democratic voting block that would further the unbelievable idea of creating a whole new country

A 2020 election win by democrats would “fundamentally change America”, the very same platform that became Obama’s campaign slogan.  The question that is never asked is, “fundamentally change America to what?”

This proposed Act is dependent on the non-participation of American citizens, hence the media silence.  Credit due to Fox news, the only media outlet to report on this Democratic backed Act that is the basis for the above information. 

The realization that this Act is destructive and treasonous will come if this Act gets congressional approval and passed into law WITHOUT the knowledge or approval of the voting citizens of America. 

This is a HUGELY important topic that is purposely being kept under wraps.  It must be exposed before these A-hole dems in the House get any traction.  There are only 2 possible outcomes for stopping it.  A republican 2020 sweep of the House and Senate along with Trump or a massive public awareness program to expose the public as to what the concept of “To Fundamentally Change America” really means.
